Ndroid Printer Failed to Change the Seetings Try Again

I accept a Samsung Galaxy s9. I have been printing from it to my wireless Blood brother printer for about half-dozen months now without incident. Yesterday when trying to print, I got the error message "Failed to change settings. Endeavor once again", and my document would not print. I take the iPrintScan app, but uninstalled it and I still cannot impress and the error message is the same. I have not changed any settings or done anything different when attempting to print.

Welcome to Android Central! Is it a notification in the status bar, or a toast notification in the middle of the screen? If it'due south a toast, apply Toast Source to effigy out which app is giving you the error.

Every bit the message I receive when trying to impress appears in the eye of the screen, I took your advice and installed Toast Source. Post-obit instructions I constitute, I set the app to log all toasts and salvage them. Even though I have tried to impress several times and nonetheless receive the same error bulletin, I have checked Toast Source and it shows no toasts have been captured.

Aye I am having the same problem (refer to my post), right subsequently the Apps were updated. You accept different printer and both having aforementioned problem, so an android/ Gmail issue.

If you lot're using the Android Key app, I don't recall you can adhere a screenshot to a reply. Use the desktop forum site in your browser instead.

I found a solution. You must "Uninstall" the Android Web Viewer App. Disable did not work, the Gmail would not stay open. I sent a complaint to the Developer...not that information technology fixes the bug. Information technology will not effect anything. Hope helps! LRLx-11-2020 02:17 PM

But I think you mean Android Organisation Webview, right? Every and then oft, an update to Android System Webview can cause diverse issues with only certain devices. The temporary solution is to uninstall all updates (it's a system app, then you can't completely uninstall it, nor would y'all want to), and ship feedback to Google. The next time an update to Android System Webview comes out, you tin and then attempt updating it and see if the problem comes back.
Since I've seen this mentioned on older devices as well, keep in heed that in devices with Android 7 through 9, Chrome takes the place of Android System Webview, so you'd have to uninstall all updates to Chrome instead of Android Arrangement Webview.

Yes thank you I did mean "Android System Web View", sorry for that name error.
If you go to the Play
Shop, you can uninstall this app, at to the lowest degree on the S10plus. When I first tried to disable, it did not help. As I said, I would open Gmail and it would close immediately. That was my feel. A few years ago westward S7, and the a Android System Web View update, likewise disrupted press in Gmail, with unlike mistake message. I had the aforementioned problem on my Note 8 showtime after System Update 32 concluding week. I tried multiple piece of work-arounds to no avail, just Save as PDF just started working once again. Become figure.
